2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. All Star or Brick Chili
2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 can Rotel
1 pt. Heavy Whipping Cream
Chips (Tostitos or Fritos)
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Directions:
Brown beef, drain. Pour beef into crockpot and add cheese, Rotel, chili and heavy whipping cream. Allow everything to melt together (stir occasionally) and simmer a couple of hours. Serve over chips with lettuce and tomatoes.
