2 lbs. carrots
1 large onion
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) tomato soup
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
3/4 cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup cauliflower pieces
1 green pepper, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Peel carrots. Cut into 1 inch slices. Cook just till tender. Drain. Cool. Bring soup, oil, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper to a boil.. Pour over vegetables. Cool, cover and refrigerate. Let mixture stand a couple of days before eating. Keeps for weeks in covered and stored in refrigerator.
