2 T butter
1 clove garlic (instant may be used)
1 onion (sliced)
3 small zucchini (sliced)
2 tomatoes (sliced)
oregano (to taste)
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy skillet with cover, melt butter and saute garlic and onion. Add sliced zucchini add tomatoes; season with salt and pepper; cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Season with oregano and parmesan cheese when served. May be served with rice in casserole.
