2 cup mashed carrots
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 T flour
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash carrots. Measure into mixing bowl; beat in sugar, flour, butter and baking powder and mix well. Blend in milk. Beat eggs until light and fold into carrot mixture then blend in cinnamon. Turn into buttered 6 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 325º.
