2 cup canned corn
2 cup milk
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs (well beaten)
2 T melted butter
1 T sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and bake in a greased casserole at 350º for about 45 minutes or until pudding sets. Add 1/2 cup chopped green peppers or pimento or 1/2 cup of cheese or 1/2 cup of minced ham if desired.
