4 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa verde
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper. Place chicken in a buttered 9x13 pan, set aside. Whisk salsa verde and cream together. Add parsley and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over top of chicken, sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Enjoy with rice and a salad!
