1 lb sausage
1/2 block Velveeta cheese
1 loaf French bread, torn in pieces
1 Dozen Eggs, beaten
Chopped green onions (Optional)
!/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, then drain.
Cut Velveeta cheese into 1 inch cubes and chop green onion.
Beat eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
Tear bread and put into baking pan, add cubed cheese, beaten eggs with milk, and drained sausage.
Set in refrigerator over night.
Put in oven at 350 degrees and bake for an hour.

Also can use ham instead of sausage
Laurie serves this to her family on Christmas morning
