Directions:
Prepare toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions & olives). In saucepan, heat tomato sauce to boiling then simmer. Season with chili powder, salt, pepper, lime juice and 1/2 cup water to taste. In separate pan, brown hamburger with diced onions and season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, parsley and Italian seasoning. After toppings are prepared and hamburger is browned and seasoned and tomato sauce is simmering THEN cook small corn tortillas in tomato sauce (not too long or it will fall apart). Place on to plate and spoon hamburger mixture on top of tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese then add another cooked tortilla on top. Add toppings. Drizzle left over sauce on top and serve immediately!
