6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
8 pads of butter
1 roll of Ritz crackers
Directions:
Directions:
After boiling chicken, dice up chicken and spread in casserole dish. Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream and spread over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle over chicken & soup mixture. Top with 8 pads of butter. Preheat oven to 350º and cook until bubbly - about 55 minutes.
