1 cube butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups rice krispies
1 cup coconut (optional)
1 cup nuts (optional)
vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Double recipe for a 9x13.

Mix all ingredients together (except ice cream). Put half of crunch on bottom of pan, spread evenly. Smooth 1/2 gallon of your favorite vanilla ice cream over the crunch (let your ice cream soften before you try to spread). Add rest of crunch to top of ice cream and freeze.

You can add a topping just before you serve. We always use fruit!
