Ingredients:  
Crust
• 1 cup flour
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup chopped nuts
* 1/2 cup cold butter
Filling
• 1 x 8 oz pck cream cheese
• ¾ cup icing sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 cup whipped cream
Topping
* 1/2 cup cold water
* 1 cup berries
* 1 1/2 tsp butter
* 1 cup fresh berries

Directions:

Crust

Combine -
• 1 cup flour
• ¼ cup packed brown sugar
• ½ cup chopped nuts
Cut in ½ cup cold butter, till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Spread on cookie sheet
Bake at 400F for 20 min stirring occasionally.
Remove from oven while still hot – press into 9 inch pie plate – cool completely.

Filling –

Beat till smooth
Fold in 1 cup whipped cream.

Topping –
Combine in saucepan,
• ½ cup sugar
• 4 ½ tsp. cornstarch
• Dash salt
Then add
• ½ cup water
Add
• 1 cup berries
Bring to a boil – cook and stir for 1 – 2 min till thickened.
Add
• 1 ½ tsp. butter and
• 1 cup of fresh berries
Pour over cheese filling
Top with additional whipped cream.
