BROWNIES:
1 C. butter
2/3 C. cocoa
2 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 C. c chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 C. bourbon
BUTTERCREAM FROSTING:
2 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. butter, softened
1 tbsp. bourbon
CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from the heat. Add cocoa and mix well. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each is added. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla and mix until combined. Stir in nuts. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Bake 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out cleanly from center. Pour bourbon over brownies while still hot. Allow brownies to cool completely. Combine powdered sugar, butter and bourbon reserved for frosting, in a bowl. Beat until creamy. Spread frosting over brownies. Melt chocolate chips and butter reserved for glaze, in a small saucepan, stirring constantly. Spread a thin layer of glaze over frosting and allow to cool before cutting and serving. 10-12 brownies.
