• Yellow Beans – 6 quarts beans
• Vinegar – 6 cups
• Brown Sugar – 5 cups
• Water – 2 cups

• Mustard – Ύ cup mustard powder
• Celery seed – 1½ Tablespoon
• Flour – 1 cup
• Turmeric – 1 ½ Tablespoons

Beans
1. Boil beans 25 – 30 min then drain
2. In separate pan boil water, vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
3. Make dressing

Mustard
1. Add enough water to mix to a paste
2. Pour into boiling water and vinegar
3. Stir to a smooth dressing (Don’t burn)
4. Add boiled beans and soak about 15 – 20 min
5. Pour into hot sterile jars
