1 can white meat chicken or cooked, shredded chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 medium can Rosarita enchilada sauce
2 cups cooked white rice
1 small can diced green chiles
flour tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, about 1/4-1/2 can enchilada sauce, rice and chiles together in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into tortillas, sprinkle with a bit of cheese, roll up and place in a baking dish. Repeat until all filling is used. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
