3 Boneless chicken breast (cooked in frying pan until all pink is gone)
1 10oz Package frozen Broccoli ( cooked according to package directions - I do mine in the microwave)
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Lemon Juice
1 tsp of curry powder (or to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Package of Stuffing mix
1 cube of butter



Directions:

Cut chicken into cubes and cook until the pink is gone in a frying pan
Cook Broccoli
In a separate bowl mix mayo, chicken soup, curry, lemon juice and salt and pepper.

Place all ingredients in a large casserole dish
Mix together so all of the chicken and broccoli is coated with the mixture.

Heat butter and brown stuffing mix, Once brown sprinkle over casserole.,

Bake at 350º approximately 30-45 min.
