1 24oz tube, refrigerated sugar cookie dough (homemade sugar cookie is best)
1 pkg (12 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 pkg (3.4oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 C sour cream
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
Kiwi, Strawberries, any fruit for topping
1/3 C nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350°F
Bake sugar cookie in a 14'' circle on at 15'' Baking Stone
Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly brown.

Combine whipped topping, pudding and sour cream with a whisk. Spread over cooled cookie.
Garnish with drained pineapple.
Slice fruit and arrange over cookie

Chop nuts, sprinkle over top. Sets immediatley but can be refrigerated to chill.

This is also great with a brownie base. Use parchment paper on stone with brownie.
