1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
1 C fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 C breakfast sausage, scrambled
1 C cheddar cheese, grated
1 dozen eggs, scrambled leaving quite wet

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 °F. Separate crescent roll dough into 2 large rectangles. Place in bottom of 9x13 pan. Press over bottom and ½ inch up the sides. Bake until just beginning to brown. Remove from oven.

While crust is baking, saute vegetables in 1-2 T of butter.

Add scrambled eggs to prebaked crust. Layer veggies over eggs and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 15-17 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm

Ham is also good -- use any veggies you like.
