1 lb margarine
2 lbs brown sugar
4 cups white sugar
1 dozen eggs
3 lbs peanut butter
8 tsp baking soda
18 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup vanilla
2 cup chopped nuts
2 lbs chocolate chips
dried apricots (snip with scissors), sunflower seeds, coconut, smarties, dates, raisins, etc

Mix all ingredients together,making sure not too dry, roll into balls and flatten with fork. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350º
