2 slabs baby back loin ribs (about 4 lbs.)
3 Tbsp. Dry Rub
1 cup Basting Sauce
1 cup Sweet Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in a large, shallow pan. Rub evenly with Dry Rub. Cover and chill 3 hrs. Prepare a hot fire by piling charcoal on one side of grill, leaving other side empty. Arrange ribs over unlit side. Grill ribs covered with grill lid, over medium heat for 2 to 21/2 hrs., basting every 30 minutes with Basting Sauce and turning occasionally. Brush with Sweet Sauce Sauce the last 30 minutes.


Dry Rub ingredients: Mix together:

3 Tbsp.Paprika
2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp.dry mustard
1 tsp. ground oregano
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder


Ingredients for Basting Sauce:
1/4 C. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dry Rub
2 C. Red Wine Vinegar
2 C. water
1/4 C. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 small bay leaf
Stir together and let stand 8 hrs. Remove Bay leaf.

Sweet Sauce Ingredients:

1 C. ketchup
1C. red wine vinegar
1 (8oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 C. spicy honey mustard
1/2 C. Worcertershire Sauce
1/4 C. butter
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp.lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/8 ground black pepper

Bring all ingredients to a boil, simmer 30 minutes
