2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup soft margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup light sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 8x8 square baking dish with non stick vegetable spray

In a bowl, beat together sugar and margarine until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla, mixing well. Combine cocoa, flour and baking powder. Stir into bowl just until blended. Stir in sour cream, pour into pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges start to pull away from pan and centre is still slightly soft
