1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Lightly spray a loaf pan with non stick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. Add the cheeses and mix so each piece is coated in the flour mixture. This keeps the cheese from settling to the bottom of the loaf.
In a small bowl, beat together the wet ingredients and add to the dry. Mix just until combined. Do not overmix. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
