2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, melted
2 heaping tablespoons Hershey's Cocoa
1 running-over teaspoon real vanilla
whole bunch of chopped pecans (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Beat eggs with sugar; add flour, then salt.

Stir cocoa into melted butter.

Dump into other bowl of stuff and mix well. Add vanilla and nuts if desired. Stir well.

Pour into greased loaf pan; set in a pan of water. Bake for 40-50 minutes.

Tap at 40 minutes to see if top has hardened "crunchy." It should be gooey on the bottom and chewy/crunchy on top. Do not overcook.
