2 sticks oleo
2 T cocoa, heaping
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 package marshmallows or crème
1½ c flour
pinch salt
1 t vanilla
1½ c chopped nuts
Icing:
¾ stick oleo
1 t vanilla
⅓ c milk
2 T cocoa, heaping
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 sticks oleo. Mix with 2 tablespoons cocoa. Pour into bowl containing eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Mix well. Add nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan 10" x 15". Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Take from oven and place marshmallow crème on top while hot. Let cool completely before icing. ICING: Mix cocoa with ¾ stick oleo. Add milk. Add powdered sugar; almost whole box. Will keep for several weeks.
