1 c day-old cream
1 T sugar
˝ t RoyalŽ Baking Powder
Directions:
Directions:
Put cream in refrigerator until thoroughly chilled. Pour into medium to large mixing bowl. Place bowl in pan of ice cubes and beat until semi-thick. Add sugar and baking powder. Continue whipping until stiff peaks. Baking powder should prevent whipped cream from breaking down.
