1½ c flour
1½ sticks butter
1 c ground nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipped topping
3 small boxes instant lemon pudding
4 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix flour, butter and ground nuts. Pat into greased 9" x 13" x 2" pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Spread on top of cooled crust. Combine instant pudding and milk. Beat until thick. Spread on top of the cream cheese layer. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or maraschino cherries. Freeze or refrigerator overnight. Serves 18.
