Ingredients: Crust 2 cups pecans 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats 4 Tbls unsalted butter 2 Tbls sugar 1/2 tsp salt
brown pecans and oats in oven on baking sheet for 10-12 min 350 Put all ingredients into a food processor until finely ground Press into big pie dish Put in the freezer for 15 min Bake for 20-25 min on 350
Pie 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup pumpkin --puree not mix 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup whole milk 2 large eggs 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, ginger pinch of cloves Mix together and pour into baked pie shell bake for 40-45 min Chill for at least 2 hours

Notes: Stewart ( Anna and Daniel's dog) ate this whole pie the night before Thanksgiving. We will try again but it smelled and taste tested great !!!! Thank you Abbi for always coming up with amazing new pies every year
