Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Crust
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
2 Tbls Sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Mix in food processor
Add 3/4 cup unsalted butter ( 1 and 1/2 sticks)
3-6 ice water--until dough forms a ball
Wrap and chill for 45 min in the refrigerator
Bake at 400 after you roll it out very thin and place in pie pan for about 10 - 15 min

Filling
Lower oven to 350
Combine
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbls all purpose flour
1 cup light corn syrup
3 large eggs
5 Tbls unsalted butter
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tsp vanilla
Set this aside
Place chips and nuts on crust

4 oz chocolate chips
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup pecan halves

Pour filling on chips and chopped nuts. Then place pecan halves on top of filling
Bake about 45 min to 1 hour let cool

This is one of " Abbi's pies" for Thanksgiving. I would just use a pre made pie crust to make this easier but the home made crust is really good. This is so yummy and rich. Serve with ice cream while it is still warm
