3/4 cup butter ( 1 and 1/2 sticks) softened
1 cup sugar
4 Tbls Molasses
1 egg
1 tsp--ginger, cloves, cinnamon, salt
2 tsp Baking soda
2 1/12 cups plane flour

With your kitchen aid mixer
Mix soft butter and sugar
add the rest of the ingredients in order

Roll into balls and roll in a small plate of sugar to coat

Bake 350 for 8-10 min

Tim loves to make these cookies-ha !!!! This is from my cousin Lori she makes them and puts them in cleaned out pringles cans. She wraps the cans with wrapping paper and gives them away--they stay very fresh and are super cute !!!
