10 small pkgs instant grits
8 cups of water
3 tsp salt
2 sticks of butter
4 eggs--beaten
12 oz Mexican velveeta
6 oz regular velveeta
2 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water add grits--it is good if it is little runny
add butter, and cut up cheeses.
Add beaten eggs and rest of spices

Bake uncovered in a square glass dish on 350 for one hour

If you like to make it a little hotter --add chopped jalapeņos or a little hot sauce
This is so good and I make it for brunch or supper !!!! It always gets completely eaten
