1 large (or 2 sm) packages pistachio instant pudding
1 large (or 2 sm) packages chocolate (I use vanilla) instant pudding
3 packages Stella Doro toasted almond biscotti’s
1 cup milk
3 - 4oz. Rum
1 large carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Make instant puddings according to package directions. Dip one side of biscotti’s quickly in mild and place in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle half rum over biscotti’s then spread pistachio pudding over. Spread some Cool Whip over pudding. Make another layer of biscotti’s dipped in milk. Pour remaining rum over. Spread chocolate pudding over and top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 2 days.
