Calamari tube w/ legs
Bread crumbs
Parsley
Grated cheese
Garlic powder
Oil
Sauce w/tentacles

Directions:
Directions:
If calamari has not been cleaned, clean and turn inside out.

Mix bread crumbs, parsley, grated cheese, garlic powder oil and a little sauce until you can form it your hand and stuff into the calamari.

Layer in a baking dish and place sauce with tentacles over the calamari and bake at 350° for about 30 – 45 minutes.
