1 pound pecans
1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees, and grease a foil-lined baking sheet.

In a small mixing bowl, mix together sugar, salt, and cinnamon, and set it aside. In a larger mixing bowl, whisk together egg white, water, and vanilla until foamy. Add the pecans to the bowl and stir to coat them thoroughly.
Then add in the sugar mixture, and toss to coat thoroughly.

Spread the nuts onto the prepared baking sheet, and back for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store them in an airtight container. Enjoy.
