For Meatball
2 lbs chop meat
2 eggs (raw)
4 hard boiled eggs (peeled and put aside for the stuffing)
1 onion chopped fine
3 cloves fresh garlic diced fine
1/2 - 3/4 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup water or milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons parsley
3 tablespoons garlic powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons grated cheese (you can add more if desired)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Oregon
1/2 teaspoon basil

Meatball filling
1 large Mozzarella cheese
˝ stick Pepperoni
žlb Prosciutto (ask the deli to slice it about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
4 tablespoon Parsley

4 Hard Boiled Eggs

Cube the cheese, pepperoni and prosciutto add parsley, and mix together in a bowl. -

Place the chop meat in a large bowl, add the rest remaining ingredients, and mix well. Divide dough into four even balls. Flatten them out

Place a hard boil egg in the middle; add the filling (recipe above) and shape into meatballs between 1˝ - 2 inches or so, enclosing the filling inside. They will look like a mini meatloaf

Arrange in single layer in a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for 30-45 minutes or until meatballs are cooked thoroughly

Just before serving - spoon hot cooked pasta sauce over them.
