4 TB butter
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup water
2 TB flour
1- 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz (use approx 2 more ounces if using the 12 oz bags of broccoli)
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs)
2 - 10 oz boxes frozen CHOPPED broccoli (or 2- 12 oz bags)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cook broccoli as directed on pkg and drain well. Set aside.
2) Saute onions in butter till translucent.
3) Add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
4) Add water, continuing to stir till thickened.
5) Remove from heat and add the lightly beaten eggs and cheese whiz.
6) Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and mix well.
7) Top with bread crumbs (or cracker crumbs) and spray with vegetable oil, or dot with butter.

Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
