1 1/2 pounds ground pork
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup water chestnuts, rinsed and chopped
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. finely diced scallions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Pour milk in and stir. Add pork, egg, water chestnuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and chopped cilantro. Combine all ingredients using hands. Form into balls. Bake on jelly roll pan covered with foil and greased, in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm with sweet and sour sauce.
