¾ cup ripe olives (chopped)
One red pepper (chopped)
8 ounce mozzarella cheese (shredded)
8 ounce cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 pound pork sausage
1 package wonton skins
1 cup milk
1 cup miracle whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Using two mini muffin tins, place olive oil on paper towel and dab the bottom of the tins
Place one wonton skin in bottom of each tin and up the sides
Bake 5 minutes
Turn upside down to release wontons
Cool
Meanwhile, fry pork till brown, crumble and drain
Whisk together ranch dressing, dressing, miracle whip – Refrigerate for 15 minutes
Add sausage, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, black olives to the mixture – can be refrigerated overnight if wanted
10.When ready to use – leave out for 30 minutes to get mixture closer to room temperature
11.Lightly fill wontons with mixture and place on cookie sheet
12.Bake for 5 minutes at 350
