1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 can stewed tomatoes ( 14 1/2 ounce)
3/4 cups uncooked regular long grain rice
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups of leftover turkey (or chicken) cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth, garlic powder, and tomatoes in saucepan and heat to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes
Stir in peas and Turkey.
Cover and cook 5 min more or until rice is done
