1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. white karo syrup (or Sees Bordeaux syrup may be used)
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup coffee creamer
1 tsp. instant coffee 9Folgers brand)
1 tsp. vanilla


Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar cream, creamer, coffee and syrup. Stir and bring to a boil then cover with a lid for 1 minuet so the sugar on the edges of the pan dissolves. Uncover and continue to boil without stirring to the softball stage about 236º. Remove from heat pour mixture into a large bowl add butter and vanilla. Cool to lukewarm. Stir until thick and looses its gloss. Pour into a pan let setup. Scoop and dip in tempered chocolate. Dip then drizzle sprinkles on while wet.
