Spaghetti Sauce-
1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage
2 lb Ground Chuck
4 28oz Cans Crushed Tomatoes or Crushed Italian Tomatoes
1 8 oz Can of Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Parsley
2 tbsp Basil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sea salt
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 large finely chopped onions
Meatballs-
1 lb Ground Chuck
1 small onion finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Spaghetti Sauce
Brown ground chuck, sweet Italian sausage, onion and garlic till meat is brown and crumbly in 8 quart sauce pot. Drain off grease. Return to burner and add sauce and paste. Stir to mix well. while sauce is heating to a boil stir in basil, oregano parsley, salt pepper and sugar. When sauce reaches boiling stage, reduce heat and simmer all day or at least 4 hours. You can add green peppers or mushrooms if you like.

Meatballs
Mix well and make 1" meatballs. Drop raw meatballs into sauce and let cook all day with the sauce or at least 4 hours. No, they don't need to be browned before you add them
