1 cup pumpkin seeds, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tsp. sugar
1 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and roaster in a 250 degree oven for 45 minutes or until seeds are dry and lightly browned. In a large bowl, stir together pumpkin pie spice, salt and 2 tsp sugar and set aside. Heat oil in a large non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add seeds and rest of sugar to the spice mixture and stir to coat. Cool. Store in airtight containers.
