2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter (not too soft)
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8-oz.) yogurt (peach, orange or pineapple)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Bake in greased and floured bundt or regular tube pan for 60 min at 325 F. Test with cake tester as ovens differ in temp.
