14oz. Box Rice Noodles
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 Tbsp Sesame oil
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Shallots
1 Chicken breast
12 oz. Pad Thai sauce
3 Tbsp Cup Fish sauce
3 Tbsp Cup Rice Vinegar
3 Tbsp Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
3.Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsb Sriracha sauce (more to taste)
1 Can Bean Sprouts
3/4 Cup Peanuts, crushed
1/2 Cup Green onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, add rice noodles, cook as directed on package, set aside
Add 1 Tbsp of Sesame oil to noodles, mix them up
Add 1/2 Tbsp of Sesame oil to pan, scramble 2 eggs
Add 1/2 Tbsp of Sesame oil to pan cook shallots
Add 1/2 Tbsp of Sesame oil to pan cook chicken
Mix together in pan, noodles, eggs, shallots, chicken, & Pad Thai sauce
Mix together in a bowl, fish oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice & Sriracha sauce. Mix up and add to pan.
Add Bean sprouts, crushed peanuts, chopped green onions and cilantro.
Serve.
