1 lb. ground hamburger
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1 8 oz can tomato paste
1 -2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms, sauté’ d in butter
2 15 oz can tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese to taste.

Directions:
Brown ground beef and add onions until translucent. Place in stock pot and add the rest of ingredients. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, longer if possible.

Serve over cooked pasta.
