1 1/2 lb lean stew beef or ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style)
15 oz can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
3 cans Bush Chili beans
1 T each chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, granulated garlic
1/2 t pepper flakes (optional)
1 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in small amount of oil. Add meat and brown; drain.
Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and Rotel to meat.
Add chili, cumin, garlic salt, and granulated garlic to mixture.
Add chili beans (not drained)
Mix 1 T cornstarch into 4 oz cold water; add to meat mixture.
Simmer 2-3 hours on stove or 6-8 hours in Crockpot on low.
