1 box devils food cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup chopped pecans or cashews
3 TBL water
1/2 jar of Mrs. Richardson's caramel sauce
1 cup (6oz) chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with PAM. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat the following at low speed until crumbly: 1 box of cake mix, butter, water and nuts.

Spread 1/2 of the dough in pan. Bake 6 minutes. Heat caramel in the microwave approximately 50 seconds to become liquid. Pour over cooked dough and then sprinkle chocolate chips. Drop the remaining dough on top covering as best as possible. Bake 18-20 more minutes until top layer springs back. Caramel center will still be soft. Let cool completely before cutting. Also great frozen.
