Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter melted
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
1 bag (8 oz.) Toffee bits
1 large roll (16.5 oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookie (tube)
1 can Sweetened condensed milk (Eagle brand)
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF (325 for dark or nonstick pan). Butter sparingly bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.

In a medium bowl, stir 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 1/2 cups of the graham cracker crumbs and 3/4 cup of the toffee bits. Press mixture evenly in the bottom of pan. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until firm.

Meanwhile let cookie dough stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften. In 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of butter, stirring frequently, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread mixture over cracker crust.

In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs with wooden spoon until fairly well blended. Crumble mixture evenly over chocolate layer. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup toffee bits.

Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours or longer.

Personal Notes:
You can loosen the sides from the pan with a flat spatula and turn out bars onto a piece of parchment paper to cut more easily and to avoid damaging your pans lining.

Decadent cookie, rich and chocolaty.
