2 lb fillets of sole
1/2 c softened butter
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 tsp chopped chives
1 tsp chopped thyme
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together butter, herbs and lemon juice. Place sole on a buttered baking dish. Spread butter mixture over sole and bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 20 to 25 min or until sole flakes easily with a fork. Place under broiler just long enough to brown top and serve.
