3 avocados
2 c cooked crab
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c milk
6 tbsp. vinegar
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1 dash pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 dash cayenne
1/2 c cheddar cheese

Peel avocados and cut in half. Place 1/2 clove peeled garlic and 1 tbsp. vinegar in each half. Melt butter in saucepan and add flour and stir. Slowly add milk stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese and heat through. Remove garlic and vinegar from avocado halves and fill with crab mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and place in pan with 1/4" water in the bottom. Bake for 15 min at 350ºF.
