4 6 oz fish fillet
1/4 c butter
1 clove garlic chopped
1/2 c onion chopped
1 medium can green beans
1 20 oz can tomatoes
1/4 tsp thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet fry onions, garlic and mushroom in butter over low heat for 5 min. Add flour and stir until blended. Add last six ingredients. Bring just to a boil and add beans and heat through. Place fish in a baking dish. Pour mixture over fish and cover and bake in 400º oven for 30 min.
