1 pound scallops
1/3 C fine breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
3 T. butter
1tsp. curry powder
2 tsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a large baking dish
Preheat oven to 450F.
Rinse scallops under cold water - dry well
Cut each scallop in two and roll in breadcrumbs
Place one layer in baking dish and sprinkle with salt
Melt butter in a small saucepan and add curry. Cook gently for 2 min.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice
Drizzle over scallops and bake for 15 - 20 min
